Packaging of Green Tea Products
To ensure freshness, all tea bags come in a convenient, moisture-blocking, and tight lightproof resealable package. Each package is stamped with a best-before date to ensure the quality of the product.
All powdered green tea products are pre-sealed into 40g containers. This again ensures quality freshness within every tin.
Each Yame Green Tea product also comes with easy-to-understand brewing instructions to ensure quality taste every time.
Ordering Yame Green Tea Products
Yame Tea Canada offers the following convenient ways to order Yame tea.
1. Online: Our website is yametea.com. This site is secured by PayPal, which offers confidentiality on any financial information given. Online ordering provides the fastest and most efficient service available to the customer.
Use the online shopping cart: To add items you wish to purchase, click Add Item. When you have completed your order, click View Cart and then click Check Out. Your order will then be sent to yametea.com and processed. We do not accept cash or COD orders.
2. Telephone: Although online is the quickest service of our product, we also offer the convenience of ordering by telephone: Call us at (780) 690-7047, and you will receive an answering service. Please leave your name, phone number, and where you are located, and we will get back to you promptly.

Note: Payment by cheque or money order will delay your shipment until the cheque is cleared.
Shipping and Delivery
Please allow 9-14 business days, with the exception of weekends and holidays, for ground delivery. Please allow 4-7 business days, with the exception of weekends and holidays, for air delivery. Orders placed on Fridays after 3:00 p.m. and on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.
Other methods of shipping are:
- Purolator Air — 2 business days
- Xpresspost — 2 business days
All orders to the US and Internationally: For larger parcels ($700+), shipping charges will be quoted via email once the weight of the package is determined
Return Policy
We, as a company, are concerned with making sure we deliver an excellent consumer product. If the package is damaged, simply return it within 10 days of purchase, and we will be glad to replace it, exchange it, or refund your money.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on tea packages that have been opened.
To return a Yame tea product, please indicate on the receipt the reason for your return and include it with the product, ensuring the package is securely sealed. Returns should be sent via the postal service to the following address:
